Customers who purchase products from our shop will receive their order either by postal airmail, DPD or DHL delivery, depending on their location (country, remote area, etc...).
We strive to dispatch orders within up to 15 days after successful payment was received, provided all items are in EU stocks. Orders with out-of-stock items will usually be dispatched within 3-6 weeks.
Postal airmail delivery within EU territory takes an average of 10 work days to arrive after dispatch, while all other deliveries (including overseas) take about up to 15 work days. DHL delivery takes 15 days to all destinations, including USA (please inquire by email if available to your area).
Important: please note that these delivery times are provided by the transport companies, which are not legally bound by the average times they indicate. They serve as reference only.
